We are working with different partners, the company depends on your residential country. Our partners are UPS and Fed Ex.

Shipping:

Your order will be progressed as fast as possible. However our products are handmade and unique pieces so we only produce them as you order. Therefore we may need longer time than marked, but we always try to keep the 14 days total dispatch time. If you have not received your package after 20 days or so, please email us: fordosdesignstudio@gmail.com.
